Property for sale in Spain

Being an Estate Agent in Spain and having become aware of the new Government directives being implemented and recently enforced, you will be aware of the need to maximise all of your Internet advertising potential. At prime Agents we want you to do just that! With our unique Internet optimisation expertise, we have developed a system that will give each individual property listing it's own space in the major search engines. The search engine description will consist of the Property type, the property location, your Company name, location and telephone number, the link will lead directly to your property listing.

In order to utilise your membership effectively, we offer some general guidleines below but if you have any doubts, by all means contact us first for full one to one explanation and advice. Search engine trends, show property buyers are more likely to use a site like Prime Agents when househunting, a place where they can find a selection of local properties yet have individual agents details for further enquiries, at that point...The sale is up to you.

Step 1. Register

Register your account online, login and first, update your profile. Be sure to include your Company name, location and telephone number, this will show up in search engine listings, in some browsers (Firefox, Safari etc..) your telephone number will be highlighted and stand out from all other listings for the same results.

Step 2. Account type

Decide the type of Prime Agent account you want, You can make payment by Paypal after you register and login, just click the Pay with Paypal link, or by Bank transfer or by cash to Spanish Insight Tel. +34 95 252 9746

Step 3. List properties

When you login, you will be taken to the Estate Agent homepage where you can create a listing, edit your listings or edit your profile. You can either list properties one by one, or if you have a csv or xml file of your property lisitings you can add multiple properties. After you create your listing, click the edit images link and add your property photos. Use the title and description tags, as these will also enable your property to be found in search engine listings.

Step 4. Effective advertising

When lisitng properties or describing your Company profile, take into consideration the words that Internet search engine users will use to "stumble" across your property listing. They will search by property type, location and may also use the words Estate Agents, Property, For sale, To rent, Rental, Holiday lets.
